Planning & Follow-up Manager

Job Vacancy An industrial company specialized in the manufacturing of household cookware is looking to hire: Position: Planning & Follow-up Manager Location: Beni Suef, Egypt Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Working Days: 6 days per week Required Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Planning & Follow-up , preferably in household cookware manufacturing or related engineering industries. Key Responsibilities Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales orders and customer requirements.

Monitor actual production performance against the production plan, identify deviations, and take the necessary corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production, Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, Quality, and Maintenance departments to ensure production plans are executed on schedule.

Analyze the root causes of delays and deviations from production plans and implement appropriate corrective actions.

Follow up on order delivery dates and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare reports for senior management covering Plan vs. Actual, productivity, downtime, inventory levels, and production orders status .

Participate in developing future production capacity plans based on market requirements and expected demand.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; preferably Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management , or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Production Planning & Follow-up .

Strong experience in preparing and monitoring Production Plans & Schedules .

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .

Experience with ERP / MRP systems is preferred.

Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
