Assistant Golf Manager

Warren Golf & Country Club is a members’ club in Singapore. We are looking for a hands-on Assistant Golf Manager to lead our golf operation on the ground and give our members a well-run, enjoyable day on the course. What You’ll Do Supervise golf office staff, starters, marshals, caddies and buggy attendants Plan duty rosters, check attendance every shift and keep standards high Run the golf office: tee-time bookings, balloting, check-in and visitor play Manage pace of play, the buggy fleet and the lightning warning procedure Run club competitions and events on the day, and support handicap administration Be the first point of contact for members at the golf office and first tee What We’re Looking For Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification At least 3 years in golf operations, including 1 year supervising staff; experience at a members’ club is an advantage Good knowledge of the Rules of Golf, competitions and the Handicap System Familiar with tee-time booking A firm, fair supervisor with a strong service attitude Able to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends and public holidays
