Daily supervision of physicians and paramedics, ensuring compliance with the official uniform requirements and the availability and readiness of first aid supplies and medical equipment.

Monitoring medical inventory, preparing daily and monthly requests for medications and medical supplies, and ensuring that shortages are reported to management before stock reaches depletion levels.

Preparing and sending physicians’ monthly schedules while ensuring full coverage for all days of the month.

Receiving medical examination requests and documenting them in the clinic’s records and internal reports.

Reviewing and approving medical reports submitted by external entities regarding sick leave requests and providing medical opinions on such cases.

Creating and maintaining both hard copy and electronic employee files containing all relevant medical documentation.

Following up on and referring medical cases requiring surgical procedures or long-term leave (more than 15 days) to the Medical Department, accompanied by the employee’s complete medical file.

Receiving and following up on employee medical referral requests for medical examinations.

Approving and issuing sick leave requests and forwarding them to the Human Resources Department.

Recording the results of unannounced medical tests (such as drug or alcohol screening), preparing detailed reports, and submitting them to the Head of the Medical Sector.

Handling medical inquiries received from various departments within the scope of assigned authority.

Managing and maintaining clinic correspondence and following up on its dispatch and receipt.

Preparing periodic and ad hoc reports as directed by the direct manager.

Monitoring the cleanliness and readiness of the clinic and coordinating with the relevant departments regarding any observations or deficiencies.

Reviewing and approving medical fitness certificates related to participation in club sports activities and events.

Bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery, with an Egyptian Fellowship or master’s degree in one of the following specialties:

Internal Medicine

Surgery

Orthopedics

Pediatrics

Emergency Medicine

A minimum of 7 years of clinical experience in one of the medical specialties, including at least 2 years of experience in a similar position .

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
