Internship Translator

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Translate conversations during internal meetings in real-time/consecutively
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM) in Indonesian and/or English based on meeting outcomes

REQUIREMENT

• Active student (min. 5th semester) or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Literature/Language, International Relations, Communications, or other relevant fields
• Strong proficiency in English and Indonesian (spoken & written)
• Able to translate quickly and accurately in meeting settings (consecutive interpreting)
• Experienced in creating concise and clear meeting documentation/minutes
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to maintain confidentiality of internal company information
• Able to work Monday – Friday (09:00 – 14:00 or 10:00 – 15:00)
• Big Plus (+): Active Korean language proficiency — especially for Korean Literature graduates
