Responsibilities Operate laboratory equipment and machines to conduct materials testing and experiments Prepare and handle polymer materials for research and development projects Record and analyze test data to support product and process improvements Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and optimize testing procedures Learn and apply new technologies related to polymer materials and EPP development
