- Excellent communication skills in English
- Friendly, warm, and service oriented personality
- Good knowledge of the ubud area and local activities is a plus
- Able to handle guest request and problems with profesionalism
- Honest, reliable, responsible, and hard working
- Flexible with working hours including weekends and holidays
- Willing to live in ubud
