A financial group operating in brokerage and capital markets is looking for an experienced VP Product to lead its product strategy and organization. The Group is expanding its digital capabilities, building automated B2C customer journeys, and developing a proprietary in-house trading platform. We are looking for a senior Product Executive with strong B2C, FinTech, capital markets, UX/UI and technology experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Group’s Product Strategy, Roadmap, prioritization and KPIs, with ownership of the end-to-end B2C customer journey, from onboarding and KYC through funding, trading, withdrawals and self-service.
• Lead the product vision for Mobile, Web and the Group’s proprietary trading platform, setting high standards for UX/UI, automation, customer experience and business outcomes.
• Build and lead the Product organization, working across Technology and business functions to deliver complex, scalable, multi-system solutions.
• At least 4 years of cumulative experience as VP Product and/or CPO, including direct leadership of Product teams.
• Significant proven experience building automated end-to-end B2C customer journeys, including Digital Onboarding, KYC, Payments and Money Movement.
• Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Brokerage or a similar financial technology environment, with good knowledge of capital markets.
• Significant experience with Mobile and Web products, combined with deep UX/UI and Product Design understanding.
• Strong technological orientation and proven experience leading complex technology products involving development teams, APIs, integrations and multiple systems.
