Service > Service Sweden/Finland > Serv. South, Planning, Adm. & Controlling Vestas North and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and south of Africa. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We strive to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas North and Central Europe the best place to work.

The service department SE/FI is responsible for service and maintenance of our wind turbines in Sweden and Finland. We have an open culture where cooperation and good communication skills are prerequisites for reaching good results. Responsibilities We are looking for a hands-on person that, together with the team, supports the business and its growth by ensuring the accuracy of administrative routines, revenue & cost control, master data management, training coordination and process implementation. You will work alongside the team members which consists of approximately 8 highly competent and motivated people.

Furthermore, your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead, develop and retain co-workers within own department and in the Service organisation
  • Create and maintain the relationships with both internal and external suppliers especially the ones with which we have local country specific agreements
  • Ensure accuracy in payables and receivables as well as uphold administrative routines
  • Responsible for training coordination, ensuring well trained technicians and co-workers
  • Actively contribute to develop the department, the service organisation and the way we are working

Qualifications

  • College or University degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar role working for a global company
  • Strong English and Swedish language skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy and good skills in Microsoft office, especially XL
  • Experience in using complex IT tools and systems
  • Good legal and financial understanding
  • SAP knowledge
  • Driving license since the role require some traveling
