We are looking for a highly effective, client focused Business Analyst with experience in managing delivery as well as in requirements gathering and testing. You will analyse, define and own the implementation of the Client Services products across multiple client journey, working closely with multiple internal stakeholders to identify and assess business needs.

Daily tasks

• Work directly with business experts to understand real needs and turn them into clear, well-defined user stories with solid acceptance criteria
• Gather and refine requirements using practical, agile-friendly techniques
• Present requirements, solutions and acceptance criteria to the Product Owner
• Cooperate closely with IT teams to shape solution designs and user stories, making sure business and tech stay aligned
• Test delivered features, spot issues early and work with developers to get them fixed efficiently
• Prepare clear, structured materials for senior stakeholders, focusing on decisions and outcomes

Requirements

Solid hands-on experience working in an Agile setup, not just theory

Strong background in requirement engineering for complex, multi-stakeholder projects

End-to-end Business Analysis experience, from defining requirements to supporting implementation in a business-facing IT environment

Natural problem-solver and clear communicator, comfortable working with both business and tech teams

Previous experience in banking or finance

Confidence to escalate risks, issues and dependencies when needed with a proactive mindset

Strong delivery focus

Daily work with tools like Confluence and JIRA

Must have: Business analysis, Scrum, Problem solving, Communication skills, Jira, Confluence, Agile, Banking experience
