Senior/Section Manager, Production Control

Job Description:

Plan and prepare the factory’s annual production objectives. Develop monthly production control plans and consolidate production results. Supervise the planning and execution of daily production schedules, including forecasting and performance verification. Coordinate with manufacturing departments to achieve production plans and meet delivery deadlines. Evaluate production performance indicators and drive related departments to implement improvement actions. Responsible for team training and development planning, as well as performance appraisal and evaluation. Promote intelligent management practices to enhance organizational core capabilities and operational efficiency. Output Crisis Management & Contingency Planning Cross-site production and support coordination

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing and production management; at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• High level of accountability, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
