Responsibilities Deliver excellent client service to ensure a positive experience throughout appointments Schedule client appointments efficiently and prepare treatment rooms to meet service standards Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records for continuity of care Apply product knowledge to respond effectively to client inquiries and provide relevant information Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of workstations to comply with health and safety standards Provide professional aftercare advice tailored to individual client treatments Perform beauty treatments following established protocols and client needs Assess client skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments to achieve desired outcomes Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to support smooth daily salon operations Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in beauty therapy (preferred) Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented and patient approach Availability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
