Store Coordinator (Toh Guan, 5 Days) - No Experience Welcome

Work Days: 5 Days (9am to 6pm from Monday to Friday) Work Location: Toh Guan (Jurong East) Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent Industry: Equipment Distibutor

Responsibilities:

• Handle receiving, checking, storing and issuing of goods.
• Process delivery orders, purchase orders, invoices and warehouse documents.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with drivers, forwarders and internal teams.
• Update inventory records and perform regular stock checks.
• Perform data entry, filing and general warehouse administrative duties.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• GCE N/O/A Levels, Nitec or Diploma holders
• 1 to 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge
• Independent and a good team player
• Singaporean only need apply
