Service Delivery Executive

Job Summary

This position reports to the Director of BIXEPS @ Macpherson Centre and collaborates with client management, service delivery, and facility teams to support operational excellence and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with BIXEPS Centre client management to align service delivery with client needs and expectations.
• Coordinate with service delivery teams to ensure consistent, high-quality health-tech services.
• Oversee and interface with facility teams to maintain operational standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the Director of BIXEPS Centre in driving service excellence and client safety.
• Contribute to quality assurance processes and professional growth initiatives within the health-tech workforce.

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' Level / Nitec or Diploma in a relevant field (Healthcare, Business Admin, or related).
• Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing enquiries and client information
• Computer literate, ability to use Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Ecosystem, in-house CRM and manage patient registration.
• Must be able to commit to shift work including working weekends.
