The client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network, together with the estate and fleet that keep that network moving. This is not a guarding role. It is accountability for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group's name. The mandate Security operations across every site in the Kingdom, run as one system rather than a collection of posts Asset protection, loss prevention and loss investigation, with the numbers to show it is working CCTV, access control and physical security systems: standards, upgrades and integration Facilities, utilities and the estate that supports the network Fleet: compliance, utilisation and cost

Requirements What we are looking for You have run a distributed security operation across many sites, not one You have done asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or a comparable high-volume environment You can lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and are serious about building a career path for it You bring facilities and fleet competence, or the judgement to hire it beneath you and hold it to account Arabic is essential We are looking for someone who understands the difference between guarding a site and protecting an asset.
