FP&A Analyst
Purpose of the job
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst provides analytical and cost controlling support to the EU FP&A team and Insulation business teams. The FP&A Analyst gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes data for forecasting and management reporting by extracting, validating and organizing financial data to prepare accurate and informative presentations and reports.
What does success look like?
Supporting accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly results, forecasting, budgeting, performance tracking) Support the team with cost planning and reporting preparation in SAP Analytics Cloud Assist in process improvements for forecasting, planning and financial modeling tools and processes

Being detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability for results Strong analytical skills, ability to gather insights from data and clearly communicate it to others Demonstrated collaboration and interpersonal skills; motivation to build relationships across functions Curiosity and a willingness to understand business processes Demonstrated high ethical standards and professional integrity
Business requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration Experience in financial reporting or related field English language level B2 Knowledge of SAP, SAC, PowerBI, AI-enabled tools considered an advantage
