Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end materials planning and supply execution to ensure uninterrupted production and high on-time delivery (OTD) performance to customers; Manage procurement execution, supplier delivery performance, and inbound logistics to secure stable, timely, and cost-effective supply; Monitor material shortages, supply risks, and production constraints, and drive rapid resolution to avoid line stoppages or delivery delays; Translate sales forecasts and customer orders into feasible production and material plans (MRP), and ensure timely procurement of raw materials and components; Work closely with Warehouse, Sales, Production, and Engineering to align demand forecasts, production schedules, and material availability; Control and optimize inventory levels of raw materials, Days Inventory Outstanding (DIO); Build strong day-to-day working relationships with key suppliers and logistics partners to improve reliability and responsiveness.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields: Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Economics, Engineering; Experience in supply chain or logistics; Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus); Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g. MS Business Central – an advantage). Good MS Excel knowledge.
