Listings Strategy Analyst

TXSE is ramping up on production and is hiring an Analyst to work on the Listings Strategy and Execution Team. You’ll play a critical role in producing high-impact pitch decks and sales presentations that helps TXSE’s global listings business attract and retain companies across industries. You’ll contribute to a team responsible for creating hundreds of pitch materials annually, translating value propositions into compelling narratives for prospective issuers

Key Responsibilities Produce custom pitch decks and marketing proposals for C-level audiences, managing projects from ideation through final delivery

Partnering with Trading, Sales, Legal, and Marketing teams to identify solutions that meet client needs and business goals

Conduct company and industry specific research to understand market quality, competitive positioning, and key business themes that inform presentation content

Research and interpret financial and market data from multiple sources to create clear, accurate, and compelling presentations

Build and maintain a deep understanding of TXSE's product offerings to tailor programs to our for diverse client needs

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Snowflake or Python is a plus

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial research tools and exchange-level market data

Familiarity with capital markets and IPOs

1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investor relations, or corporate development
