Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of project team members
- Help distribute and track tasks and deadlines
- Communicate with testers, evaluators, and other project participants
- Monitor team progress and follow up on outstanding tasks
- Keep the team informed about project updates and requirements
- Identify issues and escalate them to management when needed
- Help ensure tasks are completed on time and according to project goals
- Maintain clear project documentation and reports
- Support management with project updates and team-related information
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable communicating with and supporting a team
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.)
- Comfortable working with and processing large data sets
- Proficiency with AI tools and openness to using them in daily work
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally
Languages
- English (at least B2) – required
- Ukrainian (native) – required
- Additional languages – a plus
