Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute long-term brand strategies aligned with business objectives
• Define brand positioning, tone of voice, and messaging frameworks
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, offline, social, retail)
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for effectiveness

Market & Consumer Insights

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior and trends
• Translate insights into actionable brand initiatives
• Track competitor activity and identify opportunities

Content & Creative Development

• Oversee content strategy including social media, advertising, and brand storytelling
• Work closely with creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets
• Ensure all communications align with brand identity

Performance & Analytics

• Track and report on brand KPIs such as awareness, engagement, and equity
• Use data to inform decisions and improve campaign performance
• Manage marketing budgets and ROI

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and retail
• Manage relationships with agencies, partners, and vendors
