Sales Solution Staff (Japanese Speaker)

PT. TRUSCO NAKAYAMA INDONESIA is a specialized trading company that procures PRO TOOL from suppliers and sells them to machinery tool dealers, online shopping, home centers, and other customers. We are looking for creative, discipline, work hard person with following position;

SALES & SOLUTION STAFF (JAPANESE SPEAKER)

REQUIREMENTS;

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales in machine tools industry
• Bachelor degree in any major from reputable university
• Preferably with route-sales experience in tangible products, with an emphasis on maintaining long-term client relationships
• Willing to learn marketing/ sales
• Strong communication and active listening skills are the top priority. Fluency in English (spoken and written) or proficiency in Japanese at a minimum JLPT N4 level is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of using standard office applications effectively
• Willing to work in Cikarang area
• Having driver license (SIM A) is MUST
• Strong leadership, team work and time management skills

• Familiar with Ms. Office, especially Excel

RESPONSIBILITIES;

• Promote specific products as directed by upper management.
• Maintain positive business & customer relationship in the effort to extend customer lifetime value.
• Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team.
• Continuously improve skills through feedback or FAQ.
