Industrial Engineer - Garment (ร้อยเอ็ด)

Job Responsibilities :

• Monitor and drive the production process to meet the established plan
• Inspect and allocate manpower and machine capacity in line with production targets
• Prepare production results and efficiency reports
• Monitor and record the style changeover process in production
• Monitor and record lost time occurring in the production process
• Analyze and find ways to increase production efficiency
• Control employee performance to comply with company rules and safety standards

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering (IE) field. Experience in the garment industry will be an advantage. Proficient in using computers, Excel, and data analysis systems. Able to work under pressure and handle unexpected problems effectively. Good command of English and able to communicate/interview in English.
