PASTRY BAKER

The job duties of a pastry staff include preparing desserts like pies, cakes, candies, cookies and other pastries. Pastry Staff will check the quality of their ingredients to create dough that is then rolled, shaped, and baked into the desired product.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College level or with culinary certificate
• At least 2-3 years working experience in the same position in a hotel industry
