Year 3 Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Immediate Start Potters Bar, Hertfordshire | Full-Time | Immediate Start | £95-£115 Per Day Immediate Start | Year 3 | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity Tradewind Recruitment is currently working with a small, welcoming 1-form-entry primary school in Potters Bar, Hertfordshire , seeking an experienced and committed Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their Year 3 team immediately . This is an excellent opportunity for a confident TA or LSA to provide targeted support within a Year 3 classroom, helping pupils access learning, develop independence and make positive progress. Immediate start

Supporting pupils across the classroom with learning and development

Providing targeted support to pupils who require additional help

Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team

Helping to maintain a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment

Supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, LSA or Learning Support Assistant

Experience supporting primary-aged children , ideally within KS2

Confident supporting pupils on a one-to-one and small-group basis

Patient, nurturing and able to build positive relationships with children

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Proactive, adaptable and willing to support wherever needed

A genuine commitment to helping pupils achieve their potential

Relevant TA qualifications or equivalent school-based experience
