Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and department heads. Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, letters, packages). Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems. Order and manage office supplies and equipment. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Ensure office premises are clean, secure, and well-maintained.

Requirements :

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. Proficient in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation. Possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at managing schedules, correspondence, and office operations. Results-driven with a proven track record of streamlining office operations and improving efficiency. Can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
