Qualification Required & Experience

Master's Degree in Economics from a recognised university Two years working experience; Demonstrable understanding of the links between macroeconomic policy and the labour market in Ghana; Ability to write project plans/proposals/reports Ability to analyse complex situations and make decisions in a timely manner; Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative data Ability to co-ordinate projects/research; Strong experience and knowledge of policy research; A team players Strong communication (verbal and written) skills; Ability to use SPSS in data analysis (STATA will be an advantage) Background in statistics will be an advantage A good knowledge of trade unionism will be an added advantage
