Permanent full time sign installer positions available - experience in related field is required. Successful candidate must have valid drivers license and present clean drivers abstract.
*Primary Responsibilities/Skills*
- Ability to review & understand work orders & shop drawings to evaluate and identify installation requirements to prepare for installations
- Install, service, and repair various sign types. Must be comfortable with wiring LED illuminated signs.
- Perform site checks, accurate measurements, and develop installation plans for sign installs. Including but not limited to demonstrating ability to specify proper anchoring requirements for sign installations.
- Strong communication and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable with working from heights, indoors/outdoors, with or without clients present while performing duties.
- Follow company policies and safety protocols at all times.
- Ability to utilize various hand and power tools
- Out of town work, weekend shifts, and/or evening shifts are required on the occasion
- Must be able to perform physically demanding activities: standing for long periods of time, lifting 50lbs or more repetitively, reaching, etc.
*Secondary Responsibilities*
- Assist in maintaining installation vehicle fleet, equipment and tools.
- Assist in pick up and delivery of various materials and products.
- Assist other departments with handling various material products, receiving deliveries, and preparing finished products for final installation
*Other qualifications*
- Ability to work alone and collaboratively in a team setting
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Strong attention to detail
*Certifications*
- Highschool diploma or GED
- WHMIS
- Fall Protection (is an asset)
- Arial Work Platform (is an asset)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
