Quantity Surveyor

Role Description The Quantity Surveyor role at TOP TALENT RESOURCES LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Accra. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), developing cost plans, and monitoring project budgets throughout the construction lifecycle. Day-to-day tasks include cost estimation, cost control, and cost reporting to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial targets. The role involves liaising with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders, evaluating variations and claims, and providing accurate financial advice to support decision-making. The Quantity Surveyor will also assist in tender evaluations, contract administration, and preparation of periodic financial and progress reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: HND /Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2years of hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

Professional Accreditation: Professional designation or progress toward accreditation (e.g., MRICS, AIQS, or local professional body equivalent) is strongly preferred.

Software Knowledge: Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, CATO, AutoCAD) and MS Office (especially Excel).
