Manage the external bookkeeping team Own month-end close inc journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations Monitor and review cost control and margin performance Act as a key point of contact for audit processes Provide clear financial analysis and commentary on performance versus budget Implement processes and systems to ensure business growth aligns with operations What will you need to be a Financial Controller

Happy to be based onsite 4 days a week ACA/CIMA part or full qualified Worked in industry with a D2C background Multiple entity experience would be an advantage Proficient in Xero and Excel Worked for a startup / SME – ideally in a standalone role
