Company: Boloni Specialisation: Carpentry & Residential Projects Role Overview The Project Manager will oversee residential projects from site preparation through installation and final handover, with a strong focus on carpentry and cabinetry works. The role involves coordinating clients, designers, suppliers and contractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage project schedules, manpower, materials, deliveries and installation activities.

Conduct site inspections and verify measurements, site conditions and readiness before fabrication and installation.

Review carpentry drawings, specifications, materials, finishes and hardware with the design and production teams.

Coordinate the fabrication, delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets, wardrobes and other built-in carpentry.

Supervise contractors and installers to ensure workmanship meets approved drawings and quality standards.

Coordinate carpentry works with other trades, including electrical, plumbing, flooring and painting.

Serve as the main contact for clients on project progress, site arrangements and installation matters.

Monitor project costs, manage changes to the scope of work and obtain approval for variations before proceeding.

Resolve site issues promptly and provide regular progress updates to management.

Ensure site activities follow applicable safety requirements and building management rules.

Conduct final inspections, coordinate defect rectification and complete project handover.

Maintain project records, including schedules, site reports, variation orders and handover documents.

Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant project management or site coordination experience in residential renovation and carpentry projects.

Strong practical knowledge of carpentry fabrication, cabinetry installation, materials, finishes and hardware.

Ability to read and interpret floor plans, technical drawings and carpentry shop drawings.

Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, production teams and installers.

Strong planning, problem-solving, communication and client management skills.

Able to manage multiple projects independently and work effectively under deadlines.

Detail-oriented, responsible and committed to quality workmanship.

Diploma or relevant qualification in construction, interior design, project management or a related field is preferred.
