SALES MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and proven Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step and lead our highly motivated sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets, and revenue. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will also be responsible in maximizing the potential of our sales team, improving our systems and processes to best serve our customers and crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

Qualifications/Requirements: Previous working experience as a Sales Manager for 5 to 10 years in the retail industry, specifically in the commodities sector. Experience in steel, cement, and construction is a plus.
