Overseas IT Project Delivery Engineer

Job Responsibilities： 1、Responsible for end-to-end technical delivery and project management of IT projects such as module construction, network construction, decommissioning, and minor cabling works. Collaborate with IDC delivery, IDC operations, various vendors (consumables, construction services, network integration, etc.), as well as procurement, supply chain, network construction, and network operations teams, to ensure on-time, safe, and high-quality project delivery. 2、Carry out IDC on-site environment checks, project dependency preconditions, and project construction progress inspection and feedback, according to regional TPM requirements. 3、Based on project SOW, planning schemes, standard network architecture, and technical specifications, prepare detailed technical solutions for cabling construction and equipment racking, and produce material lists and service item lists. 4、Capable of handling complex cross-team issues and providing guidance and training for new colleagues.

Work Experience： 1、Industry Experience：Structured cabling, weak current engineering, delivery project management. 2、Years of experience：3 Years 3、Skills Requirements：Project management, network architecture, structured cabling, weak current design.

Overall Competence： 1、Communication Skills: Good communication skills; capable of coordinating and managing multiple concurrent projects. 2、Collaboration Skills：Team spirit, mutual support and assistance. 3、Management Skills：Project management experience; PMP or equivalent certification preferred. 4、Language proficiency：Proficient in Chinese and English; local language proficiency is a plus.
