Building Construction Supervisor

Key Responsibilities Site Supervision: Direct daily structural, civil, and architectural site activities. Team Coordination: Lead and schedule general laborers and structural subcontractors. Blueprint Interpretation: Read and execute architectural blueprints, structural designs, and civil drawings. Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure strict adherence to quality standards and project specs. Progress Tracking: Monitor daily structural milestones and report delays directly to the Project Manager. Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing strict site safety protocols and PPE usage. Material Management: Order, inspect, and track structural materials and equipment deliveries on-site. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, Site Foreman, or similar role. Technical Skills: Not limited to strong knowledge of concrete works, structural framing, and finishing works.
