- Salary: Up to S$2,500 per month
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, arrange seating and take orders accurately.
- Explain menu items and recommend food, drinks and promotions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Handle cashier duties and process payments accurately.
- Monitor incoming delivery orders and coordinate with the kitchen for timely preparation.
- Pack takeaway and delivery orders, checking all items, drinks and special requests before handing orders to customers or delivery riders.
- Clear and reset tables, keeping the dining and service areas clean.
- Attend to customer requests and refer complaints to the manager when needed.
- Replenish service supplies and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Friendly, responsible and willing to learn.
- Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.
- Able to handle dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders during busy periods.
- Able to work rotating shifts, including late closing shifts, weekends and public holidays.
