Promote and sell Hajj & Umrah programs to prospective customers.

Respond to customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication channels.

Explain package details, including hotels, transportation, flights, services, and program inclusions.

Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close sales.

Collect and review required customer documents for visa processing.

Explain Hajj & Umrah procedures and relevant visa requirements to customers.

Follow up on payments, reservations, and customer documentation.

Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.

Coordinate with Operations and Religious Tourism teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Provide professional support to pilgrims before, during, and after their trips.

Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and follow up on pending leads.

Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

Contribute to the growth and development of the Religious Tourism department.

2–5 years of Proven experience selling Hajj & Umrah programs in Religious Tourism Sales.

Previous experience in Religious Tourism Companies, Hajj & Umrah Operators, Travel Agencies, or Tourism Companies is preferred.

Excellent follow-up and customer relationship management, Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing deals directly to customers.

Good knowledge of Hajj & Umrah procedures and visa requirements.

Ability to handle customer objections professionally.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good command of Microsoft Office.

Experience using CRM systems, reservation/booking systems, and WhatsApp Business is preferred.
