Regional Contract & Administration Support
Job Summary
Support the administration and coordination of contracts, business documentation and related activities for a regional function, together with general administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the administration of contracts throughout the document and signing process, including tracking status, follow-ups, renewals and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage and maintain contract databases, repositories and related documentation.
- Coordinate the preparation, circulation and execution of agreements and other business documents.
- Maintain standard agreements, templates and corporate documentation, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Organise and maintain electronic filing systems and databases for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate corporate documentation and information for regional entities when required.
- Support invoice processing, vendor coordination, budget tracking and other administrative activities.
- Assist with the preparation and administration of internal training and digital learning materials.
- Work with stakeholders across different functions and markets to improve documentation, processes and workflows.
- Provide general coordination and administrative support for regional activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification with relevant experience in contract administration, legal administration, corporate administration or a related function.
- Hands-on experience in contract administration, document management or maintaining contract databases.
- Familiarity with electronic contract/signing platforms and document management systems.
- Knowledge of corporate documentation, statutory filings or corporate secretarial matters would be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across functions and countries.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
