Job purpose

Develop innovative gift products that align with the brand identity, ensuring creativity, quality, and market relevance across all occasions.

Job responsibilities

Develop creative gift and product concepts (boxes, bouquets, bundles).

Research market trends and apply them to new product ideas.

Design products for different occasions (weddings, birthdays, holidays, etc.).

Collaborate with production teams to ensure product quality and execution.

Select materials, packaging, and accessories aligned with brand standards.

Improve existing products based on customer feedback and sales performance.

Prepare samples and prototypes for new product launches.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in product development, floral design, or gifting industry.

Strong creative and visual design sense.

Knowledge of color theory and packaging design.

Ability to translate ideas into tangible products.

High attention to detail and strong execution skills.
