About the Client: They are a Japanese-themed arcade featuring a curated selection of classic and modern games.

Job Description:

• Welcome and assist guests, explain games and attractions, and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate POS systems, process payments, activate game cards, and perform daily cash reconciliation.
• Monitor arcade machines and bowling equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate maintenance when required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, opening/closing procedures, inventory support, and assist during events and birthday parties
• Minimum high school diploma with at least 2 years of UAE experience in a Family Entertainment Center (FEC), arcade,

bowling center, trampoline park, or similar entertainment venue.

• Strong knowledge of arcade games, bowling equipment, and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Experience using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
