F&B Service Captain (Spanish Cuisine) Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 + OT Working Days: 5 / 5.5 days (depending on roster), 44 hours per week  Location: Tanjong Pagar / Paya Lebar Job Scope: Greet customers warmly, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a positive dining experience. Accurately communicate orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables. Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including specials and ingredients, to answer questions and make recommendations.
