Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Growth located in Accra. The Head of Growth will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue generation, and overall clinic expansion. Day-to-day tasks include identifying growth opportunities, optimizing the customer journey, building strategic partnerships, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets. The individual will work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to implement initiatives aligned with the organization's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

Proven expertise in Growth Marketing, Growth Hacking, and Customer Acquisition strategies Strong skills in Sales and Business Development, including identifying and securing new opportunities Experience in creating data-driven strategies and leveraging metrics to optimize growth and customer retention Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills Track record of driving revenue growth and scaling businesses through innovative practices Ability to work on-site in Accra and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus Experience in the healthcare or dental industry will be considered favorable
