Job Title: Branch Manager Location: Sutton Coldfield Basic Salary: £38,600 OTE: £60,000+ Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (no weekends) Are you an experienced estate agency professional with a proven track record in winning business and leading high-performing teams? Job Role & Responsibilities Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch Leading, motivating and developing an experienced sales team Conducting regular training and coaching to maximize performance Generating valuations and winning new instructions Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of both offices Driving sales performance and achieving branch targets Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients Maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company procedures Skills & Experience Required Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Valuer or Senior Sales Manager within estate agency Strong track record of winning instructions and driving sales performance Experience managing, mentoring and developing a successful team Commercially minded with excellent leadership skills Professional, confident and highly organized Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Full UK driving license Hours & Benefits £38,600 basic salary Uncapped OTE of £60,000+ Multiple commission and revenue streams Join a well-established, highly respected independent estate agency with an excellent reputation and genuine long-term career prospects.
