The Chawke Pub Group, trading as The Old Orchard Inn, located at 74 Butterfield Avenue, Dublin, D14 RF96, Co. Dublin, is currently recruiting 2 Chef de Partie to join our team.

The successful candidates will work 39 hours per week at €18.05 per hour, with a gross annual salary of €36,605.

The main duties will include:

• the preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes to a high standard and in accordance with the Head Chef’s instructions;
• preparation of ingredients;
• assisting with the daily operation of the kitchen;
• ensuring consistency in food quality, portion control and presentation;
• maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and food safety;
• ensuring food is stored, prepared and handled correctly;
• and working effectively as part of the kitchen team.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience as a chef in a professional kitchen environment and be able to work effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.
