*Duties*

• Provide high-quality haircuts, styling, and grooming services to clients based on their preferences and current trends.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized recommendations for hair care and styling products.
• Upsell retail products and services, enhancing the overall client experience while contributing to salon revenue.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling transactions.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere by providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
• Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products through ongoing education and training.

*Requirements*

• Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a valid cosmetology or barbering license.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
• Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills that facilitate positive interactions with clients and team members.
