HR Generalist

Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles. Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for technical positions. Manage onboarding and employee documentation. Handle personnel activities and ensure compliance with labor law. Support payroll preparation and attendance management. Maintain employee records and HR database.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Strong experience in recruitment and hiring technical positions.

Solid knowledge of personnel and payroll processes.

Good understanding of labor law and HR operations.

Fluent English is a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
