Key Responsibilities: Perform repairs accurately and efficiently according to the repair order.

Diagnose vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.

Inspect vehicles for additional safety or repair needs and communicate findings to the Estimator or Body Shop Manager.

Remove, repair, replace, align, and adjust damaged body panels, parts, and accessories using appropriate tools and repair methods.

Prepare and refinish repaired surfaces, including dent repair, body filler, sanding, and painting as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe work area, tools, equipment, and required documentation while following all applicable safety and environmental regulations.

Attend required training, stay current on repair procedures and technical updates, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Formal training in automotive body repair, plus 1-3 years of relevant technical experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work cooperatively with all other staff.

A high level of energy and strong motivation to learn and succeed.

Solid technical knowledge and skills related to automotive body repair.

Basic math skills, with some estimating experience desirable.
