Baker

We’re looking for an experienced Baker to join our team!

What you’ll be doing: Lead the production of croissants & laminated pastries Oversee daily baking & production Maintain consistency in quality, texture & presentation Guide and train the baking team Manage production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time Handle dough preparation, lamination, proofing & baking What we’re looking for: Previous experience as a baker, preferably in a lead/head baker role Strong experience with croissants & laminated products is a MUST Good understanding of fermentation, proofing & baking Able to work independently and lead a team Detail-oriented and passionate about quality Able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment
