Accurately take and process customer orders using various payment methods including vouchers, cash, credit, and debit cards to ensure efficient transactions
Baking of Famous Amos products
Follow food safety and hygiene procedures consistently to ensure product quality and customer safety
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu items and promotions to provide accurate information and promote sales
Keep the workspace clean and organized to support smooth operations and comply with hygiene standards

Experience in customer service or food industry is a plus
Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods during shifts to maintain active engagement with customers and tasks
