YOUR ROLE
- Prepare coffee and espresso-based drinks.
- Prepare matcha, iced drinks, and other café beverages.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards.
- Prepare and set up the bar before service.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Work closely with the team to provide friendly and efficient service.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.
- Comfortable using an espresso machine.
- Clean, organized, and reliable.
- Friendly, positive, and able to work well in a team.
- Detail-oriented.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English or Bahasa Indonesia skills.
