Responsibilities & Requirements Previous experience working in a bar. This experience can be gained through entry-level positions such as barback, or through formal bartending training programs.

Deep understanding of different types of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and glassware, as well as how to properly prepare and serve various types of drinks.

Friendly, personable, and able to engage with customers in a positive and professional manner.

Bartenders must be able to work efficiently and remain calm in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Bartenders must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customers, other staff members, and management.

Living in London (flexible with commuting)
