Job description

As a teacher of humanities, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective geography lessons that inspire students and promote critical thinking. You will contribute to the academic development of students by planning, preparing, and assessing work according to the UK-IGCSE standards while fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

Skills and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in geography, education or related field (minimum requirement)

At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably within the UK curriculum or IGCSE framework

Strong knowledge of geography content relevant to secondary/high school levels

Ability to plan lessons effectively using varied teaching methods tailored to student needs

Excellent communication skills with both students and colleagues

Competence in using technology as part of lesson delivery and assessment
