DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare ingredients as required Daily delivery stock taking Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work area and kitchen equipment i.e. kitchen floor/ chiller/ freezer Adhere to all SOPs for the preparation of food Clearing and cleaning of tables Ensure dining area is organized and ready for customers to dine in Any other duties assigned by superior MAIN QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILL AND ABILITY Basic kitchen experience Must be able to work under pressure. Able to communicate in basic English Able to work during weekends and public holidays
